Yugal Pathak “CyberYuvi” is a Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) specialist with professional experience supporting government, defence, and enterprise clients in high-stakes cyber investigations and incident response engagements.

He has executed and supported court-admissible digital forensic examinations at a national level, contributing to investigations related to cybercrime, financial fraud, malware and ransomware incidents, and matters impacting national security. His expertise extends across multiple CII sectors, with a strong emphasis on process integrity, regulatory compliance, and evidence defensibility.

In addition to investigative delivery, he has played an active role in program execution, forensic training initiatives, and cyber policy development, and has contributed to R&D efforts for indigenous (MAKE IN INDIA) digital forensic solutions, including forensic workstations and lab infrastructure.

He is frequently engaged for forensic consulting, training, and advisory assignments requiring confidentiality, precision, and a strong understanding of legal and operational risk.
