Adv. Chaitanya Bhandari
Mr. Chaitanya Bhandari is a cyber law expert and a
renowned lawyer. He is a practicing lawyer in Dhule District & Session Court &
Aurangabad High Court. He has completed his high school from Canossa
Convent High School and did his LLB from Dhule. He has also completed his
International Cyber Law & Cyber Crime Investigation studies from Asian
School of Cyber Laws, Pune. After that in 2016 he became a Director of Asian
school of cyber law’s for Dhule, Nasik, Jalgaon & Nandurbar branch. He is a
visiting guest faculty lecturer at various Police traning centers & Police
departments in Maharashtra. He has conducted various workshops for judges,
lawyers, chartered accountants, banking & insurance, professors and
students. Recently he is been awarded by Maharashtra state commission for
women for spreading Cyber Crime Awareness in Tribal Areas. Also he is been
awarded as Techno Legal Pioneers of India in 2018 from Global Cyber Crime
Helpine, India. He has also been an Author of a book three books. And in 2018
he was Awareded as the Youngest Author by his school Canossa Convent
High School. In 2020 he is been awarded as Rashtriya Shiksha Ratna Award by
MVLA Trust, Mumbai. And in the year 2021 he is been awarded as Cyber
Champion award by CRCIDF & Telengana police department. And he is been
also nominated for Lex-Falcon Award for the year 2022 at Dubai. His aim is to
make India a cyber-crime free country. Till now he has successfully given
cyber-crime awareness sessions to more than 50 Lakh+ students in
Maharashtra. His articles are been published in various newspapers in
Maharashtra and he is been quoted by leading daily newspapers like Dainik
Bhaskar, Lokmant, Sakal, Punaynagri, Deshdoot, Divya Marathi, Apla
Maharashtra to name a few.
