Dr Gaurav Singh is a motivated, problem solving, go-getter Business Leader who leveraged his 25+ years of rich experience, in Business and Technology Consulting, Lean Digital Transformation, Digital Twins, Manufacturing, AI Applications for Businesses, Industrial Automation, IT Network Design & Optimization, Supply Chain and Logistics, Systems and Process Re-Engineering, Program Management and Change Management through Lifecycle; to impact the Businesses’ top line and bottom line favourably.
Having earned Doctorate and M.Tech from IIT Delhi, he has driven Digital Transformation, to find the best and pragmatic solutions in pressure situations for business, for several Industries and the Government of India.
He contributed to the National Policy as Panel member for PM Gati Shakti Program and National Policy on Digital Twins.
A Strategic Risk Manager, he envisions direction & crafts strategies, leads large matrix organizations; accomplishes complex operations in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables while enhancing systems and processes efficiency to boost organizational effectiveness. He demonstrated expertise in striking cross-functional coordination, risk management, and mitigation, leveraging technology, and executing change management with Le-agile practices. His work on Cyber-Physical Systems in Smart City and other mega projects has been note-worthy.
As Vice President and Head – Technology & Automation, Adani Group he designed Digital Twin for Green Campus, for hyper automation and optimizing 18% OPEX costs YoY. He designed and successfully drove several AI applications projects in Airports, Ports, Energy, Manufacturing, Gas, Petrochemical and other Adani Businesses. He focused on Sustainable Integration of multiple Applications, dovetailing multiple technologies in industrial domains & TCO optimization to make the systems “SMART.” He drove Standardization with emphasis on technology absorption and upgrading, increasing the level of automation, and ensuring life-cycle integration. His design of concept involves “Optimisation and Customization through Simulation.”
As General Manager of a Government MRO establishment he drove results while mitigating Reputational Risks, using assessment tools, with Relationship Development as key focus area. He demonstrated his capability in strategic and financial planning, business development, forward and backward integration of the business, consultancy, operations, maintenance, and monitoring Customer Service and Customer Delight in quantified metrics.
