Initially for ten years our business was reselling
Analytical Instruments manufactured in India to
customers in Pharmaceutical companies, Colleges
and Research Labs.

Similarly we sold Analytical Instruments from the following
companies and provided Technical and application support to
clients in India.

b) DICKEY JOHN INSTRUMENTS, IL USA,

Some of the above systems that we were marketing also had
installations in FORENSIC SCIENCE LABS in India. Thus we
were in contact with the Directors and other decision makers in
Forensic labs in the whole country.
Beginning 2001 the undersigned had an idea that the future of
crimes in India will be through the Internet and Computers,
Servers and Cell Phones will be used by criminals for
Communications and computers will be targeted for attacks.
Hence tools that can be used to subsequently dig out evidence
from these computers will have a very big market in the days
to come.
Thus we were looking for some good developers of the tools for
COMPUTER AND CELL PHONE FORENSICS and we hit upon
M/s GUIDANCE SOFTWARE INC., PASADENA,
CALIFORNIA who make the world’s best Computer Forensics
tool called ENCASE.
We earnestly began marketing this tool and also developed a team
to offer support to our customers in India.
In 2002 when we began ENCASE had nil user base and today
thanks to our efforts and the support of M/s Guidance Software
Inc., we have close to 700 installations and happy customer base in
India.
